Terms of Service

By accessing or using YEPPO ("Service"), you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Use by persons under 13 is not permitted; between 13 and 18 parental consent is required.

YEPPO is a free web application that allows groups of people to collectively choose a place to go through an anonymous swipe system. The Service uses the Google Maps API to retrieve information about places near users.

YEPPO does not require registration for users. Each session is identified by an anonymous ID generated locally. We do not guarantee the persistence of session data beyond the duration of the room (maximum 3 hours). Room codes are temporary and cannot be recovered once expired.

Businesses can purchase paid plans (Boost or Pro) to increase their visibility on YEPPO. By accepting these plans:

• You declare that you have the necessary rights to represent the stated business.
• You authorise YEPPO to display public information about your venue to users.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. YEPPO does not store credit card data.
• Plans are monthly and do not include refunds for the period already current at the time of cancellation.
• Activation occurs within 24–48 business hours of payment received.
• YEPPO reserves the right to suspend or terminate a sponsor subscription in case of violation of these terms or false information provided during registration.

To request cancellation of a sponsor subscription, visit /sponsor/cancel or write to info@yeppo.it. Cancellation is processed within 48 business hours. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

All rights to the YEPPO brand, source code and original content are reserved. Users may use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing, modifying or distributing any part of the Service without written authorisation is prohibited.

YEPPO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of venue information provided by Google Maps. We are not liable for decisions made by users based on Service results, nor for any loss or damage arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Place data (name, address, photos, hours, ratings) comes from Google Places API. YEPPO does not guarantee its accuracy or currency. For official information, contact the venue directly or consult Google Maps.

Using YEPPO for unlawful purposes, sending spam, attempting to access unauthorised systems, or interfering with the operation of the Service is prohibited. We reserve the right to block access in the event of abusive behaviour.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. For material changes to sponsor subscriptions, we will give at least 30 days notice by email.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
